Banquet Menu - Lunch

Available between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. daily

 

  

 

 

Your choice of two of the following: sliced top round of beef, baked butter crumb cod, beef stroganoff, Yankee pot roast, Swedish meatballs or champagne chicken. Oven roasted redskin potatoes or redskin garlic mashed potatoes, tossed garden salad, chef's choice fresh vegetable and fresh rolls with butter.

 

 

Ham, roasted turkey, and chef’s choice of deli cut meat accompanied by assorted condiments, thick-cut deli bread and cheese tray. Your choice of one homemade soup (garden vegetable, cream of broccoli, or chicken noodle) and your choice of one salad (tossed garden with two dressings, LumberJack Coleslaw, or Redskin Potato).

 

 

Baked penne with marinara, chicken parmesan, Italian sausage with peppers and onions, fettuccini alfredo, Italian blend vegetable medley, fresh garlic bread and warm rolls with butter.

 

 

Zesty barbeque chicken half’s, grilled quarter-pound hamburgers and jumbo stadium kielbasa, tossed mini salad bar with all the toppings, redskin potato salad, baked LumberJack beans, and corn on the cob. Choice of one: apple pie, peach cobbler, lemon coconut cake, chocolate walnut brownies or strawberry shortcake.

 

 

Whole roasted suckling pig, grilled quarter-pound hamburgers with cheese, marinated grilled chicken breast, red skin potato salad, baked LumberJack beans, roasted chef’s choice vegetable, rolls with butter and strawberry shortcake.

Our famous hot pasta bar is sure to please, featuring your choice of 3 pastas (cheese tortellini, bow tie, linguine, penne, spaghetti, angel hair, or mushroom ravioli) accompanied by homemade marinara, and creamy alfredo sauce, handmade meatballs with minced garlic and fresh herbs, and sliced roasted breast of chicken. This buffet includes a traditional Caesar salad, garlic bread, and a display of homemade cookies and brownies.

 

 

An endless bowl of crisp, garden fresh mixed greens accompanied by an assortment of fresh sliced and chopped ingredients and your choice of 2 dressings (raspberry vinaigrette, champagne vinaigrette, house made ranch, golden Italian, French, 1000 island), your choice of one of our hearty homemade soups (cream of mushroom, split pea with ham, navy bean with bacon, lentil, Canadian cheese, cream of potato, tomato rice, chicken noodle), warm garlic or plain breadsticks, and a display of homemade cookies and brownies.

 

 

Handmade pizza topped with an assortment of toppings, accompanied by an endless bowl of garden tossed mixed greens with cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, sliced red onions, grated parmesan cheese, and crunchy herb croutons, with your choice of 2 dressings (raspberry vinaigrette, champagne vinaigrette, house made ranch, golden Italian, French, 1000 island), or a bowl of Tuscan inspired antipasto salad featuring penne pasta, sliced garden vegetables, pepperoni, ripe olives, tomatoes, fresh grated parmesan, then tossed with an extra virgin olive oil and white balsamic vinegar mixture.
